Plug In ICA Opening

Plug In Institute of Contemporary Art, 1-460 Portage Ave, is pleased to announce the opening of their new purpose-built facilities in Winnipeg.
Plug In ICA will open the building with new exhibitions and performances on Saturday, November 6, at 7:00 p. m.

At midnight there'll be a performance by professional Soprano and Flautist, Dawn Bruch and Charmaine Bacon.


Established in 1972, Plug-In Institute of Contemporary Art is a centre for the presentation of art that confronts issues affecting contemporary society.  Plug In seeks to engage visitors through award-winning exhibitions, publications, public programs, and professional development opportunities. 

Plug In hosts a Summer Institute, an artist's residency/art school program.  

Gallery Hours: 
Wednesday to Saturday 12:00 p. m. to 9:00 p. m.
Sunday 12:00 p. m. to 6:00 p. m.

Research Centre hours: 
Tuesday to Friday 10:00 a. m. to 5:00 p. m.
