Rhayne Vermette: The Royal Albert Hotel

The Royal Albert, located at 48 Albert St, is an exhibition curated by local artist and filmmaker Rhayne Vermete.
This showcase is the culmination of over 5 months of visitations to the hotel floors.
The content shifts from archival footage to Vermette's photographic imagery of haunted interiors.

On Friday, January 21 from 8:30 pm to 11:00 pm, this work will be housed on the 4th Floor of The Royal Albert Hotel.
Featuring a sound installation by Dj Co-op, the evening will consist of prints, projections, and space installations - the setting of the exhibit existing within the tension between the invented worlds of the vacant rooms and the real ones.

Afterparty with DJ Hunnicutt & DJ Co-op.

Tickets $10, available at Deseo Bistro, 48 Albert St.

Admission includes a tour of the hotel and exhibition & a pocketsize book.
Limited availability, advance tickets are recommended.

After the exhibit the Albert will be undergoing renovations.
This event is a final opportunity to view the hotel in its current state.
