Please join us, Sewing and Embroidery Warehouse, at 15 Keith Road, in welcoming our new Instructor, Lindsey Lichty.
She will be teaching Industrial Shortcuts I,
in two parts, June 15 and June 22 from 12:30 to 4:30p.m.
The cost is $90.00 for both classes.
Lindsey has an extensive background in the textile industry. It began with a Tailor’s License earned here in Winnipeg in 1972. A move to southern Ontario in 1974 allowed her to hone her skills while being employed as the Ontario Educational Consultant for Brother International, Sewing Machine Division.
From 1998 to 2006, Lindsey was employed by Mohawk College in Hamilton, as one of their Creative and Applied Arts Continuing Education Instructors, teaching over 18 different courses. She is excited to be back here in Winnipeg to present these very same classes in her home town.
Lindsey is an honors graduate with the Canadian Institute of Business, and holds several certificate courses in Interior Decorating.
Her creative and technical knowledge in sewing and serger machines makes her a great addition to our team.
Her top quality and educational classes, combined with her own brand of humor, will make for an enjoyable experience.

The cost is $35.00
Two different concepts will be performed in this class.
A) quilt construction
B) napkins
This is the final class till our Fall sessions begins.
The draw for the Sewing Basket featured earlier this season will be made after this class.
