The Wet Dream Catcher is the surreal interactive adventure of one man, Miss Nancy attempting to collect the dirty thoughts of the audience, in the form of haiku, and wash them free of shame.
We encounter talking dinosaurs, angels with wolf’s heads, art scandal, prosthetic foreheads, bible stories/conspiracies, supermodels, plane crashes and everyone who attends gets to share an orgasm.
The Wet Dream Catcher is a mix of spoken word, storytelling and clowning and features RC Weslowski, who was recently named the Poet of Honour at the inaugural Victoria Spoken Word Festival as well as at the 2008 Canadian Festival of Spoken Word in Calgary.
RC has been a member of 7 Vancouver Poetry Slam Teams and was the 2009 Vancouver Poetry Slam Grand Slam Champion and finished 2nd at the 2007 World Cup of Poetry Slam in Paris, France.
