Ara Wiseman is a Registered Holistic Nutritionist, teacher, workshop facilitator, and spiritual counsellor.
In addition to her private practice, Ara is a Nutrition instructor at the Transformational Arts College and CSNN, The Canadian School of Natural Nutrition in Toronto, and contributes health and nutrition articles to various publications.

Frank Maraj landed in Canada, alone, in 1967, ready to begin university.
Frank shares stories of his early days in Canada that are both entertaining and thought-provoking, providing an uplifting story of determination while chronicling the very real difficulties he faced while adjusting to cultural and social differences and contradictions.
Frank Maraj was born in Trinidad. He moved to Northwest Ontario where he married and began a family while dedicating 33 years to teaching in Rainy River.
