An October 15th Slutwalk to protest blaming rape victims!
Women have had enough!
Starting in Toronto this past spring, this movement has become a huge international protest in over 100 cities.
After a rapist was let off because the woman he raped was dressed "slutty", women were told by Toronto Police, "women should avoid dressing like sluts in order not to be victimized."
Well... this Slutwalk is us responding by saying we will not be victimized no matter how we are dressed and we will not be blamed for men being unable to control themselves.
Let us walk together, demanding our right to dress any way we feel comfortable, and feel confident that we will not get blamed for men thinking our clothes are our consent.
