American author Edward Abbey called the red desert country of southern Utah "the most beautiful place on earth." Everything about the Colorado Plateau overwhelms, tugs at the imagination, begs to be described in superlatives. It is a land with one of the most complex geological histories on the planet, which can be easily read on its canyon walls. Nowhere else has the earth so openly revealed its secrets.

It has been 10 years since Roger Turenne presented his Red Wilderness show. Since then, his love affair with this area has continued, with many more trips, new discoveries, and thousands of new photographs.
Discover this extraordinary natural landscape through Roger's signature storytelling and stunning photography. The Colorado Plateau is an adventure for the senses and the spirit.
