Winnipeg Peace and Justice Festival and Walk

June 16, 11:00 am to 5:00 pm
Vimy Ridge Park, 821 Preston Avenue

We are looking for Peace and Social Justice Groups to get involved in
the 2nd Annual Festival and 31st Annual Walk for Peace.

A celebration of peace, justice and equality is an opportunity not only to learn about each other and the issues that concern us, but also to raise awareness of Canada's role in the world, and set the stage for community action that carries us into the future.
Our goal is to build and promote a culture of peace in the world and at home.

You are invited to participate in the following ways:
Showcase how you or your group are working for peace. You could present your work by mounting a display, holding a workshop or organizing another activity at the festival site or on the walk.
Provide snacks, food, beverages for the festival.
Make a donation, or in-kind donation.
Bring yourself and your friends to celebrate with messages of peace.
