Join the Winnipeg Symphony Orchestra at the Garden, where you will be transported by the beauty and magic of some of Winnipeg's most-beautiful gardens.

These two events allow the public a glimpse into private gardens in the Winnipeg area.

The Day Tour is self guided and gives participants a chance to meet other gardeners and be awed by the creativity and passion of twelve exceptional backyard oases, chosen by Manitoba Gardener Living.

The Music and Magic Garden Soirée transports participants through three spectacular garden paradises to enjoy a delicious dinner, a wonderful silent auction, and live music performed by Winnipeg Symphony Orchestra musicians.

Winnipeg Art Gallery: 100 Masters: Only in Canada

Billboards and bus signs have been sprouting up around town that consist of just a wooden crate and an artist’s signature.
What’s it all about?
They are announcing 100 Masters: Only in Canada, an exhibition that will feature some of the biggest names in visual art - Rembrandt, Van Gogh, Matisse, Warhol, Picasso, and Monet, to name just a few.

The works have come from the collections of 28 galleries - treasures of Canadian, European, and American art that span five centuries.

Each week a video will focus on one of these works, giving visitors an insider’s view on what they will be seeing.

On WAG Executive Director Stephen Borys’s Travel-blog, he will be talking about his travels, talking to other gallery directors, exploring their collections, and choosing the perfect works for 100 Masters: Only in Canada.
