The 8th Annual Healthopoly Health Fair and Westview Dance Club

· Music provided by the Winnipeg Symphony Orchestra

Westview Dance Club will be offering Ballroom Dance demonstrations at 1:00 P.M.
Demonstrations include:
· Mambo
· Samba
· Swing
· Waltz
And a Waltz Lesson!

Dissonance - an Exhibition of Works by Karen Hanan
The Edge Gallery and Urban Art Centre, 611 Main Street

Opening Reception on August 23 at 7:00 pm.
Karen Hanan's mixed media practice is an exploration of identity, touching on themes of vulnerability, intimacy, femininity and fear. As traditional materials are combined with a contemporary approach, she finds balance between the different facets of femininity.
Dissonance is uncertainty, discomfort and a longing for completion. Harmony is found when one makes peace with who they are.

All supplies included, an instructor to show you the basics - wheel throwing, slab building extruding and coiling even slip-casting! All the cups will be going to our fundraiser in October! Any of the donating artists will get free admission to the event!

Boston Terrier & Pug Rescue of Southern Manitoba (BTPRSM)

Stop by and meet some adorable adoptables or purchase some merchandise.
All proceeds from the 50/50 Raffle and the Adoption Meet And Greet support the BTPRSM directly for vetting the dogs in our care.
