The Boundless
Hosted by Winnipeg International Writers Festival Director Charlene Diehl as part of McNally Robinson Booksellers and the Winnipeg International Writers Festival’s Spring Literary Series.

At the Nobel Archives a psychiatrist discovers six letters addressed to Mr. Ragnar Solman, executor of Alfred Nobel’s will. All but one by a different Nobel laureate, and each an explanation of why and how Stonehenge was constructed.
Harry Karlinsky is a clinical professor of psychiatry at the University of British Columbia.

Winnipeg’s General Strike: Reports From The Front Lines
Featuring an introduction by Winnipeg composer/director Danny Schur.
A strike gripped Winnipeg from May 15 to June 26, 1919. What was really happening in Winnipeg? In an information age dominated by newspapers and magazines, the public turned to reporters and editors for answers.
Michael Dupuis, a retired Canadian history teacher and writer, was a consultant for Danny Schur’s Winnipeg General Strike documentary Mike’s Bloody Saturday and an advisor to the CBC for the television special Titanic: The Canadian Story.
