Drop-in session for story time, crafts, and/or games; also includes free time in our interactive exhibits.
Cost is $5 per child, plus admission.

Make a hopper bird feeder and attract colourful birds to your yard this winter.

Astronomy Night - Winter Constellations

An indoor presentation in our multimedia theater.  Test your skills on the Interpretive Centre rooftop observation deck while you look at those amazing constellations.

All over North America more than 50,000 observers participate each year.
Pre-registration required by December 18.

Only 10% of Manitoba birds will stay here for the winter.

Activities may include snowshoeing, bannock baking, and winter games .

The Unbelievable Bargains joined Transistor 66 and are 'rehatching' their album Boiled Egg.  This is an excuse to throw a helluva good show with our pals M&M Meats and Ghost Hole. 

The Unbelievable Bargains writes about animals and food. They love old rock n' roll. 
M&M Meats started as a two-piece led by Melody on guitar with Mangynes on drums. 
Ghost Hole - Lady fronted pop-punk with feminist themes.

*    Madeline Gauvin Scholarship $2,000 - LAURELLE FROESE, mezzo-soprano  
*    Holtby Scholarship - $1,500 - EDVANNY SILVA, cello  
*    Berythe Birse Scholarship - THOMAS ROBERTS, violin

They will perform and receive their scholarship cheques.
