Amnesty International Group 19 presents
Outrage to Action Human Rights Advocacy Series
Interactive workshops and action challenges will provide knowledge and strategies for addressing current human rights topics. Participants will build awareness, confidence and acquire the tools to effectively engage in campaigns. Topics will include Women’s rights, Indigenous rights, and business and human rights.

Filmmaker Kelly-Anne Riess will be in attendance along with the comic book artists David Alexander Robertson, Gmb Chomichuk and Scott Henderson who will read from their works.
Many young boys love comics. Some of these boys have a talent for drawing and dream they can someday become comic book artists. But they grow up, and suddenly the dream of becoming a comic book artist seems impossible for most. But not for Winnipeg comic book artists David, Scott and GMB.
