The Solstice is a good time for reflection. You are invited to ignite the change in seasons with a 108 Sun Salutations practice led by Shivaun Berg. Suitable for all levels and can be calming and restorative. It's about moving smoothly with the breath. Child's pose (balasana) is always an option.
