Filmmakers have set up a portal at http://whywemarch.film/ for women to submit videos answering these questions:

Who did you march with?
What’s one issue you think is really important for women in your country?
Submit your stories/pictures which will be used alongside the many wonderful images generated on the 21st of January 2017 to create a “crowd sourced” film that speaks to the diverse challenges and opportunities for women around the globe. 
We plan to premiere the film on International Women’s Day - March 8, 2018!

This introductory workshop covers the basics of sensing the world with physical computing technics using the Arduino. Learn simple coding techniques and electronics to make your creative media objects move, light up and emit sound. Electronic sensing of light, sound, and motion will be covered. 
Limit: 6 Participants
Prerequisite: Prior electronics knowledge.
Winnipeg artist Ken Gregory has been working with DIY interface design, hardware hacking, audio, video, and computer programming for over 25 years. His performance and installation work has shown publicly in Canada and many international media and sound arts festivals. cheapmeat.net
