Approximately 60 volunteers will head out with wagons, sleds and vehicles to collect donations from neighbours on their street. All donations will be transported to RA Steen Community Centre.
At the end of the day, the truck will deliver all of the donated goods to @1JustCity!

Stress is a major factor on our health. It leads to fatigue, ailments, and disease. 
Yin Yoga is a therapeutic practice that has transformative effects on the body and mind. The gentle stimulation of the connective tissue encourages health and flexibility of the joints, and naturally draws the mind inward into a relaxed state. This training is for teachers and practitioners with at least two years experience. Prior experience in Yin Yoga is not required. Yin teachers will gain the skills to teach classes with special focus on target areas.

After two years of research and input from almost 400 community members with different perspectives on mental health, SarasvĂ ti Productions is excited to present the world premiere of Breaking Through, by Hope McIntyre and Cairn Moor.
We all live in mortal fear of losing our minds.
The play follows the stories of five Winnipeggers living with different mental health issues, and puts the spotlight on mental health like never before.
