Through the use of raw unglazed porcelain, Rachael Kroeker has been exploring surface, the relationship created to the viewer/ user in both visual and tactile ways, while balancing form, beauty and functionality.

Each work can be sold from as low as 10 dollars to a maximum of 1000 dollars and the artist retains 100% of the profit! Last year’s exhibition had over 60 artists from Manitoba, across Canada, and even included international artists.

Urban will be showcasing filmmaker Darryl Nepinak from a 10 year span of his career. 

Included: Last of the Nepinaks, I for NDN, Lone Ranger, Indian, Zwe Indianer Aus Winnipeg, plus two new film projects.  Darryl Nepinak (Saulteaux) is currently working on The Band Office, which won the best drama pitch competition at imagineNATIVE 2010. Nepinak is the Video Club Facilitator at the Winnipeg North End Arts Centre.
