Yuri's Night is a international celebration of space exploration, named after Yuri Gagarin, the first human in outer space.  Come dance under the stars of the Planetarium and explore the Science Gallery in celebration of humanity's exploration of space and achievements that extend beyond our planet.

Architecture+Design Film Festival       Tickets 
A range of unique, critically acclaimed films that focus on the importance of architecture and design in everyday life. An incredible range of design-oriented topics from architecture and urban design to graphics and product design. Films from England, Spain, USA, France, Netherlands, Italy, Canada and Australia and are complimented by locally made short films, panel discussions and tours. 
Curated by Susan Algie of the Winnipeg Architecture Foundation with Ted Landrum and Dr. Erroll Billinkoff. With support from the Winnipeg Foundation.

Combining two of the city’s most exciting performance groups, The Dirty Catfish Brass Band and Dr. Hotbottom are teaming up to form a 14 piece funk monster and are presenting Winnipeg with its first “Hot & Dirty Dance Party”. Some original compositions, with music made popular by the great soul groups of the past; including but not limited to, Earth Wind and Fire, Tower of Power, Stevie Wonder and Michael Jackson. 
A 7 piece horn section and a 7 piece rhythm section, including 2 drummers!
