Move for Hope, an energizing one-hour workout led by GoodLife Fitness (for all fitness levels), to raise funds for the Canadian Women's Foundation's Campaign to End Violence.
Each year in Canada, more than 100,000 women and children stay in a shelter for women who have experienced violence, and thousands of children witness violence in their homes.
The funds raised through Move for Hope help women by supporting shelters in your community, and prevention programs that break the cycle of violence.
Move for Hope takes place from coast to coast in Vancouver, Calgary, Winnipeg, Toronto, Montreal and Halifax! Register or donate for this incredible cause.

PANCAKE BREAKFAST STARTS AT 8:00 AM!
The Teddy Bears’ Picnic began its annual tradition of bringing together kids, teddy bears and parents for a day of health education, fun activities and entertainment.
Every single dollar spent on site during the picnic for things such as food or merchandise, goes to the Children's Hospital Foundation of Manitoba.
It has become an annual tradition for thousands of families - come join us!
The Children’s Hospital Foundation of Manitoba is proud to carry on this great tradition of learning, laughs and lots of fun! See you at the picnic!
