Show Hope™ is a movement to care for orphans.
Founded by Steven Curtis Chapman and his wife Mary Beth, this nonprofit organization helps to make a difference for orphans through Adoption Aid grants that help Special Care Centres in China. Through programs like their Advocates, Student Initiatives, and Sponsorship, they are mobilizing individuals and communities.

When the Chapmans adopted Shaohannah Hope in 2000 from China, they wanted to do something about other waiting children. In February 2003, they started the organization now called Show Hope.

Show Hope’s mission is to reduce the barriers to adoption, and has helped provide homes through Adoption Aid grants for more than 5,000 orphans from 53+ countries. In addition, more than 2,000 orphans with special needs have received critically needed medical care through Show Hope’s Special Care Centres.

Fairy Tales are timeless stories passed down through oral traditions and the written word. They teach us lessons, take us on journeys and inspire our imaginations.  Little Red Riding Hood is one such tale. Versions of the story about a girl and a wolf come from all areas of the world and the repertoire of stories continues to grow.

Written and performed by Rachel Smith, RED examines these different stories. Rachel has developed a solo performance piece that exposes the tale in unique way.

To donate phone 1-204-880-9995 or Email

Unused still in package:
Rattles, Books, Hand toys
Onesies and outfits - preemie to size 3 months
Brush and comb set
All items must be new as they will be used as gifts for the babies.

Used items that are accepted to donate to the unit (have to be clean):

The nurses and doctors that took care my son were AMAZING and I can never thank them enough but I can PAY IT FORWARD. The clothes that our children wear in the hospital are donated and not many people donate to these units. My goal is to get little packages made up for these families just to make it a little bit easier.

The Cafe has recently re-opened after a long break during which Bill was recovering from his surgery. We're so happy to be back in time for summer and hope to see you around!

This summer we're serving our classic drinks, including the London Fog and the Bourbon St. Haze as well as some tasty new Soy Smoothies and some fruity slushies.

You can munch on our sandwiches or the ever popular Onigiri, made fresh every morning. There are plenty of other menu options to keep you full, including our wide array of locally baked cakes and brownies.

If you're interested in playing some music for us, just give a shout because we've got some great acts lined up for evening shows and we're always looking for more performers!

Our selection of books is as wide as ever and we're more than happy to buy, sell and help you find just what you're looking for.
