Dancing the Sun: a Solstice Celebration
December 15, 3:00 pm
The Urban Forest Coffeehouse, 93 Albert Street
All are welcome.  Please join us as we gather once again to welcome and dance the sun and light the sacred fires, led by Stuart Farley and Katherine Bitney.  Bring your drums, fiddles, pipes, bells, lets sing and make some music.

We will be going downstairs, so please bring your indoor shoes or really thick socks.
After the Rite we will have a potluck and make merry.

It is  child friendly atmosphere, but not designed for children.  If you have a votive holder, or something to add to the community yule log decorations, bring them.  If you could note the ingredients of what you bring for the potluck, some folks have allergies, it will be appreciated.

16 years and over

Hot Thespian Action is helping cut through the holiday smarm with a healthy dose of cynicism and inappropriateness. Come join us for a collection of our most adult, our most off-colour, and our least Santa-approved sketches from our 8 years together.
Brilliant local comedian Chantel Marostica will get the evening off to a nice adults-only start.
Join us for Christmas baking and egg nog (one of the best ways to get rum into you).

Okay maybe it's not all cold misanthropy: Bring a non-perishable food item for Winnipeg Harvest.
But that's it for heart-warming! No warm hearts after that!
This show may be the only way to survive the cloying sweetness this holiday season!
