Aging Up: Extending Supports for Youth in Care is a film produced by community group 25not21 that highlights the stories of youth who have experienced the child welfare system and their perspective on the supports made available to them at this transition.
Following will be a panel from the film who will continue the conversation.
25not21 is a collective of youth from care, students, professionals, community members, and allies seeking to achieve justice for youth. Our current goals surround the support youth receive as they age out of the child welfare system.
