Stress is a major factor on our health. It leads to fatigue, ailments, and disease.
Yin Yoga is a therapeutic practice that has transformative effects on the body and mind. The gentle stimulation of the connective tissue encourages health and flexibility of the joints, and naturally draws the mind inward into a relaxed state. This training is for teachers and practitioners with at least two years experience. Prior experience in Yin Yoga is not required. Yin teachers will gain the skills to teach classes with special focus on target areas.

Hoop Play is a safe, simple, low-impact and high-intensity functional fitness program.
Level One Hoop Play (Day One) prepares participants to teach adult hoopdance, hula-hoop fitness & tricks in a safe and effective way, to average fitness class attendees.
Level Two Hoop Play (Day Two) includes an advanced skills immersion, building another 12 lesson plans and including chest hooping, and a variety of off-body hoop moves.
