The Shoal Lake aqueduct is a major artery piping drinking water to Winnipeg. Its history speaks to a dirty truth for Kekekoziibii, the Shoal Lake 40 First Nation that was displaced, isolated and robbed of its own drinking water. February 19-April 15, Wednesdays from 5:30 pm-8:30 pm 

The Creative Writing Group Youth Mentorship Program introduces participants to the writing process, storytelling and publishing as well as offering an introduction to Manitoba’s literary community. Participants will publish a group anthology and give a reading of their work at the end of the 8 sessions. This program is free for qualifying youth and is open to youth ages 16-19 living in or within 100 km of Winnipeg. 
Deadline for applying is December 13.
