MAWA: Pamela Norrish

On Wednesday July 27 from 5:30 pm - 8:30 pm, at MAWA, 611 Main St, Pamela will give a talk and share the work she has completed during her residency.

Calgary-based artist Pamela Norrish works in contemporary beading, creating surprising beaded objects.

Pamela Norrish obtained a BFA in Drawing from the Alberta College of Art & Design in 2009. She spent one semester at the Ontario College of Art & Design and was awarded one semester at the New York Studio Program. Since graduation she has participated in a Banff Centre Thematic Residency and an emerging artist residency at the Ledge Gallery in Calgary. She is thrilled to be a part of the MAWA residency program.
