Claudette Osborne, a mother of four, went missing more than three years ago.  

Now, her family has created a tool kit to help other families when loved ones go missing.

The toolkit consists of forms, checklists, poster formats and lists of agencies which can help.  It also has safety tips and other valuable information.

Remember: after someone is missing, the first 24 hours  are very important!!
