They will also be taking chili ingredient donations for Chili From The Heart.
Chili From The Heart is a non-profit group who, with the help of food item donations, make homemade chilli and deliver it to Winnipeg Homeless Shelters.
Hunger of choice is a painful luxury but hunger of necessity is a terrifying torture.
39% of people depending on homeless shelters for food cannot get enough food.
Chili From The Heart makes chili and donates it to Winnipeg Homeless shelters twice a month.
We would be very grateful to accept any donations of:
ground beef
tomato sauce
canned kidney beans
We cook and donate chili and buns EVERY second Saturday.
Our next chili cook/donation date is February 9.
If you would like to make a donation and join us during our chilli cook and delivery we would be so very happy to have you.
We take donations all the time.

Every time you make a donation of chili ingredients in the month of February your name will be entered into a draw for an awesome Licensed Plush Winnipeg Jets Blanket generously donated by C J Phillips.

We also take any kind of adult winter wear to deliver to Winnipeg Homeless shelters.
Do you have any old yarn that you would like to get rid of? We would love to make that yarn into nice warm scarves for those in need!!
