Astronomy Night - Winter Constellation
December 19 - 7 p.m.
An indoor presentation in the comfort of our multimedia theatre. Following the presentation, test your skills on the Interpretive Centre rooftop observation deck.

Winter Camp for Kids
December 27 & 30 and January 2 & 3
For ages 6 to 9. Runs from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. daily.
Activities may include snowshoeing, bannock baking, winter games and more.
This camp has both indoor and outdoor components.

Kids Nature Craft Club
December 28 - 1 p.m.
Pre-registration is recommended - Workshop fee is $5 plus admission.
Learn what our feathered friends eat during the winter.
Create some fun art work with various bird seeds.
The craft is most appropriate for children ages 5 to 10.

New Trees at the Marsh
The marsh will offer a wider variety of perching and nesting for many birds next spring.

Oak Hammock's new program, A Bird in the Hand, has officially been chosen as a Canadian Signature Experience by the Canadian Tourism Commission (CTC). The new program combines a hands-on songbird banding experience with a canoe excursion in the marsh.

Maryann will be showing us the Scan N’ Cut, 300 DPI built-in Scanner.
It scans an image, photo or sketch, and then cuts the shapes you want.
