Enjoy a 45-minute Zumba groove followed by a selection of Bellyfit moves for dance fitness with an eastern feel. Multiple instructors keep the energy levels high in this after hours party.  Members and non-members ages 12+ are welcome. 

Proceeds support prevention of and rehabilitation from illness and injury through the Seven Oaks Hospital Foundation, Wellness Future Fund.
