Inspired by tradition, the singer/songwriter accordionist Dopsie plays a unique high energy style of zydeco that defies existing stereotypes and blazes a refreshing distinct path.

Keep an eye out for aerial acrobatics, stilt walkers, showgirls, drag queens, and a stunning array of other costumed characters. Come in your own costume, or buy accessories onsite and join the Mardi Gras Parade.

Oyster Shot and Love Potion have been added to the beverage menu, together with Southern Hurricane and Swamp Water - a Winnipeg original!
