THIN AIR: Inspector Banks

Saturday, June 11, 8:00 pm to 11:00 pm
CanWest Global Performing Arts Centre (MTYP), 2 Forks Market Road, at The Forks

We're excited to invite you to an evening with the internationally celebrated
Peter Robinson, crime writer extraordinaire, who will read from his most recent novel,
Bad Boy, then talk with festival director Charlene Diehl.

Chief Inspector Banks has wound his way through nineteen books now, and readers around the world have connected with his wit, his acuity, and his all-too-real collection of foibles.

There will be live music and refreshments and a raffle, which includes a collection
of 9 Inspector Banks books and a gift basket from DeLuca's Fine Wines.

Tickets are $35, $30 for THIN AIR Club Card holders.
They're available at McNally Robinson Booksellers, and through THIN AIR or 927-7323.

The Winnipeg International Writers Festival exists to foster literacy in French and English in Manitoba and to educate and engage Manitobans in the literary arts.

We've posted our School Program offerings for September 2011.
