This year, the Winnipeg Film Group will honour Larrry Desrochers and his contribution to Winnipeg filmmaking and the arts in general.

Currently the General Director and CEO of Manitoba Opera, Desrochers served as Executive Director of the Winnipeg Film Group in the late 1990s to early 2000s, taking the organization into a new level of stability and professionalism.
All funds raised through this event will support the ongoing operation of the Winnipeg Film Group's Cinematheque.
