The Underground Gym could be forced to close.
The Underground Gym, on Henderson Highway, opened about 11 months ago
thanks to a private donation. Almost 200 young people are registered there.
But it's going to run out of money at the end of the month.
The gym's founder says city officials promised grant money verbally last fall,
but then denied it in writing.
