Gayleen Gaeke
October 9, 7:00 pm in the Atrium
Invisible

Two worlds intertwined, playing with her mind. Bike stunts with her little brother; family meals, gobbled down. Spankings with a belt pulled out to injure and abuse.
Was this a house of love or terror?
Gayleen Gaeke suffered abuse from those she should have been able to trust.
Now as a counsellor, she looks back on her childhood with new insight.

Opening October 9, 7:30 pm in Prairie Ink Restaurant
Back to the Future

Rita Nayar, originally from Wisconsin, fell in love with Winnipeg's people and the serenity. Nayar is reminded of her early beginnings of making art out of found objects: wood, plaster, clay, paint, glass. She is not trapped in one style or medium.
